The Hamblen PTG shifted to a singular fundraiser model for the school year in the hopes of making the biggest impact on our community, while keeping the amount we ask for reasonable for families. 

The 2026 Husky Haul will be our only fundraiser, and our message to donors is clear - your support directly impacts the students at Hamblen Elementary. 

As we prepare for this year’s event, we invite your organization to partner with us!

Husky Haul Silent Auction Partner - Item donation

  • Items included during Husky Haul Silent Auction
  • Donor name included on listing
  • Donor Social Media Shout Out - promoted and celebrated on Hamblen PTG and social media & website
  • Select $0 donation below

Husky Pride Sponsor - $250

  • Sponsor Social Media Shout Out
    • Personalized promotion including logo, about, and contact information on Hamblen PTG social media and website
    • Potentially shared on Hamblen Elementary School social media
  • Logo displayed during Husky Haul event (golf sign)

Husky Bronze Sponsor - $500 

  • All items from Husky Pride level, and
  • Small logo included on the back of Husky Haul t-shirts, worn by all students on event day (bottom half of shirt, one color)*

Husky Silver Sponsor - $1,000 

  • All items from Husky Pride and Husky Bronze level, and
  • Large logo included on the back of Husky Haul t-shirts, worn by all students on event day (upper half of shirt, one color)*
  • Marketing collateral/advertising items included in take-home Husky Haul student goodie bag (examples are branded notebooks, pens, snap bracelets)
  • Naming opportunity for classroom fundraising rewards (pizza party, afternoon movie, classroom party)
  • Inclusion in post event email to Hamblen families sharing marketing/community message and contact information

Husky Gold Sponsor - $2,000

  • All items from Husky Pride, Husky Bronze, Husky Silver levels, and
  • Logo included on Hamblen Husky Haul Sponsorship banner, to be displayed at the event and throughout the year in prominent drop off/pick up location.
  • Naming opportunity for educational student events (examples are 2nd grade pumpkin patch visit, sponsored by XYZ Company)
