We shifted to a singular fundraiser model for the school year in the hopes of making the biggest impact on our community, while keeping the amount we ask for reasonable for families.
The 2026 Husky Haul will be our only fundraiser, and our message to donors is clear - your support directly impacts the students at Hamblen Elementary.
Bringing the Community Together
Every Hamblen student receives a free Husky Haul T-Shirt.
Every year students submit their ideas for the shirt and the winner gets to see their design on over 500 shirts.
Kids wear their Husky Haul T-Shirt on the day of our fun run and during spirit days in the following school year.
How We Spend the Money
The funds raised during the Husky Haul go directly to the Hamblen community.
Proceeds pay for curriculum subscriptions for teachers, classroom materials (like the new rug in the Art Room), and the Husky College Scholarship.
We are especially proud of the Husky College Scholarship. Anyone who graduated from Hamblen is eligible to apply for this scholarship. It's our way of keeping the community connected over the many years of Hamblen's history.
